We use QuickBooks Online as our bookkeeping platform.
We’ll work with you to connect your accounts to the import. Once the connection is made I will review your transactions and code them appropriately. By keeping track of your bookkeeping, you’ll have the advantage of knowing the status of your business at all times.
We use a secure portal called TaxDome. Once we start our partnership we will send you an agreement to sign within our portal. Within our portal we will send you requests for documents, ask you questions regarding your transactions and have the ability to chat!
For our basic bookkeeping service we do not offer receipt management. If you would like us to upload and attach receipts we would have you upload those in our portal. The great thing about our portal is the app which you can use to simply take a picture of receipts on the go if this is a service you choose.
No, not at all! There are many clients that are behind on their bookkeeping when they get started. I offer catch-up services to help with this.
Yes! Professional services, including bookkeeping, are 100% tax deductible.
No we do not offer tax filings but do have several CPA’s recommendations!
